These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OxbridgeX services ("Service") provided by Soft Innovators ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your minor child.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Services

OxbridgeX allows students to receive tutoring for 11+ exam preparation. Tutors deliver lessons, which may be recorded for analysis, feedback, and assessment purposes. AI models may generate lesson summaries, feedback, and quizzes based on recorded lesson audio.

3. User Accounts

To use the platform, you must create an account. Parents or guardians must create accounts on behalf of children under 13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Recordings

By using the Service, you acknowledge that online lessons may be recorded for educational purposes, including but not limited to generating lesson summaries, feedback for tutors and students, and quizzes. You consent to the use of these recordings for the described purposes.

5. Parental Consent

If you are a parent or guardian, you are required to provide verifiable parental consent for any children under the age of 13 using the platform. We comply with UK GDPR and the Age-Appropriate Design Code.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing your account credentials.
• Misusing or distributing personal information or recorded lessons without proper authorization.

7. Payment
